Guidance for Aquatic Fitness Professionals

As an Aquatic Fitness Professional, you will be expected to:

Hold a Valid Current Advanced CPR and AED Training from a Government approved Institution or any Internationally approved Institutions or Certification body.
Hold a Valid Current Aquatic Fitness Certification from a recognized body (national or International) The Certificate should clearly mention the word Certification in Aquatic Fitness. (Workshops are not accepted as Certifications or specialization)
Get to Sign the Consent form the participants (in case of Minors the Parent or the Guardian should sign).
Look and comply with all the safety measures and precautions.
Uphold the scope of practice of Aquatic Fitness.
Comply with applicable business, employment, and copyright laws.
Provide equal and fair treatment to all clients and students.
Uphold and enhance public appreciation and trust for the Aquatic Fitness industry.
Maintain the confidentiality of all client and student information.
Maintain a drug- and alcohol-free work environment.
Maintain the highest level of professionalism and will not discriminate or make discriminatory remarks based on gender, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, socioeconomic status or sexual orientation.
